Searching For Perfection in the North Atlantic | The struggle is real

There’s a movie being made about the struggles of surfing in the North Atlantic called, fittingly, Perilous Sea. The film is going to amaze, but it has stretched years beyond it’s original deadline preciously because of the elements that it is trying to capture.

Photographer Trevor Pikhart joined the last mission to Ireland to take stills of the boys getting shacked. The trip consisted of: Logan Landry, Dane Anderson, Noah Wegrich, Dane Anderson, and a guest cameo by Will Skudin.

@paperseaqrtly did a little feature on my trip to Ireland last fall to film for 'Perilous Sea' with @noahwaggy @danishanderson @wilembanks @loganlandry @mikebromley @ryan_meichtry. It was a trip for the books, not because we scored epic waves everyday. But because of the struggle; dodging rain squalls, hiding from the wind, 15ft tide swings in 8 hours made it all the more challenging. We definitely had our limits pushed at moments, but we also had moments like this- @danishanderson #periloussea #premiers2020
